Wildfire Homes has developed a list of interested buyers for the condominiums, townhomes and single family lots. Because interest is high for all three products we are asking interested buyers to put down a deposit to save a place on the list. The Wildfire Project is divided into two development phases. Phase I (The Meadows), includes 72 Workforce Condominiums. Currently we are writing sales contracts only for condominiums located in Phase I of the development as they begin construction. Phase II (The Divide) will be available for sale in 2022, occupancy within a year following. Phase II includes 16 Workforce Condominium units, 26 Townhomes and 14 Single Family Lots. Though Phase II has not yet begun, the list is robust. Interested parties are highly encouraged to reserve their place on the list. We anticipate the construction on Phase I and Phase II will be progressing simultaneously.
How it Works
As units become available for sale, we begin at the top of the list. As we work through the list each buyer is offered the opportunity to write a contract on one of the available units, or they can pass. If they pass they maintain their place on the list. Once new units are available for sale, we begin again at the top of the list and work down. Buyers can be on more than one list by putting down deposits for each type of unit (condominium, townhome, single family lot) they are interested in. Each list is independent of the other.
In order to save a place on the list you will need to fill out the Unit Reservation Form and send it along with your deposit (Made out to ReMax Mountain Brokers) to: Wildfire Homes, LLC, 1789 Wildfire Road Estes Park, CO 80517
Once we receive your completed form and deposit, we will enter your name on the list in the order it was received.
- Condominiums: $1000
- Townhomes: $1500
- Single Family Lots $2000
All deposits are fully refundable at any time for any reason.
